Biography

Eloy Villamil is the Mexican-born power man behind Re/max Innovative. During September 2016, he opened up his own office in Bellflower with his team of agents and staff. It was a long, winding road that lead him to this powerful point in his life.

At the young age of 15, without any guidance, Eloy came to the U.S. from his hometown: Mexico City. He never imagined being the successful investor and entrepreneur he is today. From day one, Eloy has worked hard. After graduating high school he found two jobs in the food service industry, and also went to college full-time. Nothing stopped him from dreaming big, for a better life and better work.  

Eloy knew his life was not about “just getting by” so he was always on the lookout for life-changing opportunities. One day at work, that life-changing opportunity walked through the door in the form of a couple who worked with financial services. Three years after this encounter, he joined the real estate business in the hopes of an early retirement and the American Dream.

Seeing the endless possibilities the company had to offer, he went with his gut, dropped out of college and gave it his all. Eloy became known as the leading agent in the industry and community for his passion to help people no matter what. Today, he constantly motivates his team and other agents by saying, “quitting is not an option.” From having nothing, to achieving his dream, Eloy states “We wouldn’t have gotten this far if it wasn’t for God, who has always blessed us since the beginning...it is possible to achieve the American Dream and prevail. There will be challenges, but if you stick to what you believe, everything will be possible. Never stop dreaming, and always have faith.”
